Return Conditions

At Gentlebottle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you.

Eligibility for Returns

✅ We gladly accept returns for:

  • Unworn, unused, or defective merchandise purchased on Gentlebottle.com

  • Items received in damaged or defective condition (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt).

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as non-returnable.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

🔹 Important:

  • Do not return items to the address on the package, as this is not our return processing center. Doing so may delay or void your return.

  • Gentlebottle is not responsible for returns that include non-Gentlebottle products. Please double-check your return before shipping.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The recipient cannot be contacted, or the address is incorrect, leading to failed delivery. In such cases, the logistics company may dispose of the package.

  • To avoid issues, please ensure your shipping details (address, phone number, and postal code) are accurate when placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Before shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the product has not been shipped or produced.

  • After shipping: We cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.


Damages & Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a:

  • Damaged item

  • Defective item

  • Incorrect product

Returns & Refunds

Returning an Item (If Applicable)

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind), we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

🔹 For International Orders:

  • Free return shipping is not available.

  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable for returns based on preference.

  • If the product has a quality defect, we will offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within a few business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
